We are happy to offer retreats in a variety of formats throughout the year. They last from one day to seven days, they take place away in an abbey or in your neighbourhood, or even at home via the Internet. All are rooted in the Ignatian spirituality.

Ignatian Guided Retreats
The “Spiritual Exercises” are a five to seven days journey dedicated to God, to experience the best of the Ignatian tradition.
It is also possible to do the Exercises in daily life. It requires making some space in the midst of our regular occupations, but it is so rewarding to get to listen to what God has to tell us.
Quiet Days: one day to step back
The Quiet Days are for those who seek to step back from their daily life and to live a day-long guided retreat. This small retreat includes spiritual input, personal prayer and common prayer.
